Crafting award-winning sourdough bread is our obsession. We make real bread with soul. Naturally, fermented bread is more satisfying, more nourishing, and lasts longer. All our bread is naturally fermented for 5 days. So that’s 120 hours of fermented sourdough bread. We believe that it is this long, slow, fermentation process that gives our bread its award-winning distinctive sourdough taste.
